Positive: I loved the rooms, the swimming pool, the very friendly and helpful staff . Impressive facilities. The food was also good !

Negative: House keeping was below par, sometimes even at 3pm my room would not be cleaned and I would have to call the management for escalation, they would then do a shoddy job afterwards. They really need to improve on housekeeping, it’s spoiling for the rest of the hotel . Also didn’t get a comprehensive tour of the hotel on the first day so only discovered the kids club halfway into my stay yet my toddler really enjoyed it.
