The Space:
Their are 3 Cozy bedrooms with comfy beds and clean linens. There is a large sun room with a private sauna and chairs to lounge. The backyard is very large and contains a firepit and grill. The living room has large JBL speakers with a bluetooth receiver so you can enjoy your music while lounging on the couch. We also have an XBOX ONE with games in the entertainment center. The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked so you can cook your food and enjoy eating indoors or outside. Walk across the street and get to the community center with pool, gaming room, bar, and more.
Guest Access:
You can access the entire house, yard. Community amenities are located directly across the street from the house. $15 per person per day for swimming or three days for $25 per person.
The Neighborhood:
Very quiet and inviting neighborhood. Come enjoy the outdoors while relaxing in your own private backyard!! Great property for kids to run around and enjoy nature.
Getting Around:
Mount Pocono is minutes away from the property where you will find local shops, grocery stores, Walmart, restaurants and fast food just to name a few. Very easy to get to and from. If you want a spa day Serenity Spa is a great place to stop! Kalahari Waterpark is 5 mins from the house which is great for a day full of fun! Camelback water park is also only 15 mins away. So you have lots of options!
