Summary: Our sink didn’t drain, and when we called the night clerk, she came to our room and saw that indeed the sink did not drain. In addition, our outer door did not lock properly so we had to use the metal lock. Lastly thr hair dryer didn’t work. When I turned it on the coils turned red and then it stopped working. I told all of this to the desk clerk in the morning and she said she tried to call the manager but couldn’t reach her. I asked if we could get a discount or reduced charge and she said she was sure the manager would be in touch with me. She hasn’t reached out. The one other strange thing they do at this hotel is scan your license and charged me a $60 for just in case which apparently will get credited to my account. ??
