This first floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is great for a game weekend, graduation or just time away in Aggieland! Monthly rentals also available. Decorated in Aggie decor with a fully furnished kitchen, dining room, and living room; this apartment provides much more comfort and space than a hotel room for much less! Located about 1 mile from TAMU on the shuttle bus route. 1/4 mile to University Drive with abundant restaurants and shopping.
Furnished accommodations include 1 queen bed, a single bed with pull out trundle and a full sized pull out couch. Full size washer/dryer. Ceiling fans, high speed internet and cable TV in living room and master bedroom. There are 3 parking spots located in front. We provide towels, sheets, & soap, coffee bar, full kitchen laundry detergent and most of the basic needs for your stay. Guests will have plenty of dedicated drawer, closet, and cabinet space to store their items.
You'll want to stay here if you're traveling with family or a group of friends! Come for a few days or for months all expenses paid. Sorry but we have a three night minimum! $100 cleaning fee. Pets welcome with $100 unrefundable pet deposit.
