A truly unique vacation home! Built in 2018, this house is a stunning example of modern architecture, with two king and two queen rooms, gourmet kitchen with built in Sub-Zero and six burner Miele range, and a gorgeous soaker tub and walk in shower in the master.
The backyard offers a private pool and heated spa*, large furnished patio, grill, fireplace, and outdoor TV. Enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Waxahachie with spectacular sunsets and incredible star gazing with our telescope. Visualize relaxing on the private patio with the outdoor fireplace and tv, or enjoying the private hot tub surrounded by peace and quiet. Water sports are available on the lake and downtown restaurants offer dining options from Pop's vintage burger stand to Prime 115 fine dining. Waxahachie is famous for its Romanesque courthouse, and the many antique shops and flea markets. Between May and October, you can visit the Farmer's Market, a five-minute drive away, for local meats, eggs, and milk, along with artisan goods and local produce vendors.
The extending glass dining table seats 8 comfortably and has views of the lake. 12 place settings are provided for your convenience, as well as cooking utensils, pots and pans, and a large range of glassware from martini to wine. The built-in wine cooler and ice maker ensure that you will never be far from a glass of chardonnay or a chilled cocktail.
The cozy fireplace in the living area along with the luxury sofas and reclining chair gives a perfect view of the high end 77" LG OLED tv. Choose from Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Apple TV, or any of the streaming services. Select one of our many puzzles or games to while away an evening or curl up with one of the books in our bookcase, with music on the interior Bose sound system.
If you're lucky enough to be in the master suite, you have the luxury of the fully adjustable 'split king' bed operated by remote control. The soaker tub offers a comfortable retreat from a busy day, where you can soak any stress away. The upstairs suite offers an entirely private area with its own smart TV and separate bath with shower, the elevated height providing beautiful views of the pool and countryside behind the property.
