-Large kitchen and dining table
-Detached bonus room with huge sectional couch, smart TV, half bathroom and gaming table
The kitchen is fully stocked with all that is needed to make a home cooked meal, pots/pans, cooking utensils, plates , cups and a coffee maker for making coffee in the morning along with a coffee & tea bar! There is a large kitchen table with seating for 4.
The family room is very comfortable with a relaxing couch and 4 chairs to enjoy while watching TV or a movie in the evening.
***Fireplace in family room is for looks only, it does not function.
***Plenty of parking in the long driveway. The 2 car garage is not included in the rental as it is used for storage.
House Rules:
1. Government ID - A copy of a government-issued ID (e.g. driving license or passport) is required for the primary guest that will be staying with us and must be received within 48 hours of booking and prior to arrival. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose.
2. Primary Guest - Main booking guest must be at least 25 years of age.
3. No parties, events or gatherings allowed without written host/owner permission prior - This is a residential community with a 10pm noise ordinance. Please respect quiet hours from 10pm-8am.
4. No Loud Music outside of home after 10pm
5. No Pets allowed
6. Occupancy Limits . Occupancy is limited to the guests listed on your reservation booking.
7. No Smoking in the house or on the property grounds.
8. Cannot use the fireplace in the family room
Once your booking is approved we will send you our short term rental agreement for the primary renter to review and electronically signed, this must be signed prior to check in.
