Welcome to Cookie's Cozy Cottage in the Indian Mountain Lake gated community, centrally located to many activities like skiing, snow tubing, golfing, rafting, fishing, hiking and shopping. There are five (5) lakes, two (2) pools, a basketball court and several playground areas for children.
When you arrive at the home, you will walk into the living area, with an updated kitchen and comfortable living room, including a gas fireplace.
There are three bedrooms that will sleep 7 people. Two rooms have queen size beds and the third room has a bunk bed (full/twin). There is a large deck to enjoy your morning coffee and nature. The deer usually visit daily. The house has A/C. There is one bathroom that has a large walk in shower. The full kitchen is equipped with all the tools you would need to prepare a home cooked meal (excluding food), and has a dishwasher and plenty of cabinet and counter space.
The house is handicap accessible with a ramp to the deck and a small ramp leading into the house.
