Welcome to my 100 year old cozy cottage in historic Atchison!

Walking distance to downtown historic Atchison that includes dining, shopping, library and theater. Benedictine college is about a half mile- a 3 minute drive or a lovely 20 minute walk through the historic streets of Atchison.
The space
My cottage is located perfectly for your visit to Atchison. Around the corner from Amelia Earhart's historic home and museum. A half mile from Benedictine College and walking distance to downtown. A easy 45 minute drive from Kansas City International Airport (MCI) and just one hour to downtown Kansas CIty, KS/MO!
Inside, find my beautifully decorated cottage with crisp white walls, new beds, art deco art and found treasures and antiques.
At this time, our cottage is not appropriate for children under the age of 11 or for any person who has a challenge with stairs. You can request special consideration.
*This is 100% NON SMOKING / NON PET home. Due to allergic reactions that interfere with the safety of my family we absolutely do not accept any service / support animals of any kind.
Any smoking or animals will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee. This includes outdoor area on property.

You will have the entire cottage to yourself, 900 sq ft of space. 2 bedrooms (For your information, bed one is medium soft, bed two is firm) , large kitchen, full bathroom and cozy living room. Plenty of parking - street and behind the cottage with rear access. Please park behind the cottage, via alley access and enter via our backdoor.
Other things to note
*Please park behind the cottage, via alley access and enter via our backdoor.
Rear access: 9 stairs with hand rails, and is a little steeper in grade than the usual. Plenty of on - property parking!
*Front access has street parking, three stairs up then 4 porch stairs to the front door. No hand rails.
*Both access points have a Key-Code lock. Cottage is fully alarmed and will be turned off prior to your check-in.
*100% non-smoking property. This includes outdoor area on property. Please note, if any smoking is detected or seen a $500 cleaning fee will be applied.
*Bed one is medium soft, bed two is firm.
*Bath linen is in the wood box near the washroom
*Washer / Dryer available with a **5 night minimum** stay
