The space
The upstairs has a brand new sliding barn door installed to create two separate sleeping areas, one with a queen bed and double bed. The final room has a futon bed, its own bathroom, and opens out onto a top floor deck with beautiful views.

Please note: There is no grocery store in Sunland so please bring all your food/meals with you! Quincy is about a 20 minute drive away.
Please note that the beautiful, nearby basalt cliffs are home to the little brown myotis bats. They are harmless and you will most likely not see them, but they love to hang out under the eaves of the deck during the night. In the morning you may find their droppings on the patio table. We have installed a sonar device to deter them; it is also helpful to leave the deck party lights on at night. We apologize for any inconvenience, but this is a natural part of living near the cliffs.
