The apartment is super clean and was redone in 2022. There is no real impact on the apartment and the worst of the noise and dust is now over. So, until September/October 2025, you'll encounter scaffolding and maybe some building noise for a few hours in the afternoon (almost always quiet by 4pm). The workers are great about trying to wait until late morning before doing any really noisy work.
Prices for this season, especially weekday rates are reduced to reflect this.
