Summary: whether this was the last room available or not, this room should be upgraded, and not let out until then. the handicap accessible bathroom had a shower with no lip to prevent water from flowing into the rest of the bathroom. The whole bathroom floor was wet. The huge shower bench was very old design having rust and black filth around it (mold?) There was Calking of different colors around the showers most likely added shower tiles up the walls of the bathroom. The heat could not be controlled and was loud. The light /fan also loud.
