Inside you'll find a bright and welcoming interior, full of natural light. There's plenty of comfortable furniture to rest on, especially around the stone fireplace with a wall-mounted TV, perfect for movie nights or Netflix marathons (guests must log in using their own credentials). The open-concept floor plan puts the living area, dining area, and kitchen adjacent to each other, so nobody has to miss out on great conversation. Enjoy playing board games or eating grand meals at the large dining table. The chef of the party will love cooking in the full kitchen, where there is a breakfast bar that seats three. Guests who violate the no-pet policy are responsible for the full amount of any damages or loss that occurs during their stay, as well as a charge of up to $1,000 and an additional cleaning fee.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
