The house sleeps 8 comfortably and offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space for relaxing, entertaining, and cooking. The first floor includes a living/dining room, kitchen, family room, 1 bedroom with full size bed, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, master bathroom, and a convenient laundry room. The second floor includes two bedrooms (with full size beds) and a half-bath. Outside areas include a private back yard with a large brick patio and yard, great for BBQs and napping in the hammock. There is parking for 3 cars.
The house is located within a 5-minute walk to a private neighborhood beach, which you will have full access to use. The neighborhood is quiet and wooded, with stately oaks and maples, providing lovely shade from the summer sun. The house is a 10-minute walk to the village of Woods Hole, which offers two public beaches, a lighthouse, and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard.
