The MESSE Exhibition center are just 10-15 minutes away with the metro.
You can walk to the city center. It is just minutes away.
I have WIFI in my apartment, TV and a nice balcony to chill/smoke. You can cook your own meals. Pots, Pans, etc. are available.
There are 4 independent sleeping places.
