Summary: Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that, staff were all helpful and friendly, unfortunately the building itself is the downfall, the cleanness was really poor, from the lobby and stairs all around it wasn’t touched in 4 days I was there it just needs a major upgrade all over, then the bedroom was fine but dirty curtains hole in door blocked sink no plug for bath and the most awful mouldy kettle must have been sitting there for months. I did ask for a new one and they gave it no problem but shouldn’t have gotten to that stage and out of date milks too was in the room. Altho it says pet friendly they were hesitant to let all 3 our dogs stay because of the kgs they weighed as apparently that’s a new rule that’s come into place. But was a fine enough stay just not for a cuppa.
