Positive: The wonderful outside sitting area - a real suntrap and a beautiful view of the Tay. Beautiful gardens running down to the river. Private parking next to the Lodge. Comfortable interior and lovely bedrooms. The owner Gordon was friendly and helpful as was Wendy his daughter who manages the accommodation. Would definitely return.

Summary: Great location, friendly hosts and perfect garden running onto the river.
