Positive: The bed was comfy and the bathroom was spacious. Good shower. It was good to have breakfast included and two options to choose from.

Negative: The wifi was extremely slow for everyone staying at the property. The landlady provided a device for my room which I could not figure out how to make it work (and to be honest I did not want to spend too much time figuring it out during my time there). The room had no windows. The property is a house with 5 rooms with no windows and no reception and no one around apart from a housekeeper who lives across the street. I did not like how isolated the place felt and the fact that if I had any questions I could only text the landlady via WhatsApp. My room was also infested with cockroaches. I am not someone who is bothered by insects but there were so many (I found some in my luggage too) that I had to ask the housekeeper to provide some insects spray which helped a bit.

Summary: New furniture, but no reception, slow wifi and lots of coackroaches
