The Space: This spacious two bedroom apartment features a stylish living room with a nice homely feel. With two comfortable leather sofas, a large centre-piece fireplace and a dining table, it's the perfect space to relax or enjoy a home-cooked meal. Our kitchen provides all of the essential amenities to make you feel at home. There is more than enough space to prepare a nice warm meal. There are 2 bright and airy double bedrooms. Each room features plenty of storage space for your belongings as well as cosy double beds. The private garden area acts as a perfect sun trap in the summer months. Enjoy outdoor meals and drinks on the patio using the provided all-weather furniture. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home! Interaction with Guests: My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. The Neighborhood: Glencairn Crescent is set within Edinburgh's prestigious West End. The property is a stone's throw from the bustling transport hub of Haymarket Station, offering rail, tram and bus links to the city, airport and UK-wide. With a glorious array of Victorian streets, the West End is one of the city's best-loved areas, within easy walking distance of Edinburgh's historic Princes St and the city's world-class attractions. Getting Around: The tram stop is just a short walk from the apartment, allowing you to reach the airport in just 20 minutes. The entire city centre is within easy walking distance but there are numerous buses stopping near the apartment too. For travel outside of the city, the apartment is just a five-minute walk to Haymarket Train Station. Other Things to Note: This home is complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more enjoyable. Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks.
