Designed to indulge a large family or two, this spacious house can accommodate 9 guests comfortably. Beautifully decorated with natural timbers and furnishings, the main bedroom has a king-size bed and ensuite. There is a second parents' retreat with a king-size bed and direct access to a sunny courtyard. There are two further bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a tri-bunk. The family bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
The functional floor plan allows for easy living, and the lounge area with an open fireplace and study nook leads to the modern kitchen and open-plan dining room. In addition, there is a spectacular living room with cathedral ceilings and an abundance of space for entertaining & Bose surround sound system. Natural light streams through the floor-to-ceiling doors and windows which open out to the most beautiful, private setting where you can lounge the days away listening to the roar of the ocean, play amongst the ti-trees, feast by the bbq setting for 10 people, sit around the fire pit, play on the spring fresh trampoline, soccer nets or foosball/ table tennis or relax in the swim/spa heated pool (not visible from the house). Your pets will love it too as it’s fully fenced and secure.
Located minutes from Blairgowrie Village, Yacht Club, cafes and restaurants, and a short walk to the stunning beaches of Bridgewater Bay and Pearse Rd whilst also enjoying very close proximity to both Sorrento and Portsea townships, this is the ideal all-year holiday rental.
The swim spa pool can be heated for an additional daily charge*. Please advise on booking enquiry if required.
