Our property has our heart and soul in it. We have worked to create a serine place for people to gather and enjoy one another. From outdoor fire-pits, a peaceful hammock near the pond, outdoor kitchen, spacious indoors, you will not run out of places to enjoy our home. We have it equipped with everything you need to spend time with your loved ones. The house includes 3 large bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a large living room, and spacious kitchen. Built in 2016, the house has all up to date appliances and amenities. Luxury country living at its finest. The location cannot be beat. It is 30 minutes from Austin- Formula 1 & Tesla, 35 minutes to San Marcus, and 20 Minutes to Bastrop. We absolutely adore our town of Lockhart, the quaint downtown is surprisingly lively at night and goes the extra mile the first Friday of every month with a town party. We have an art and dinning scene that cannot be beat! Not only is Lockhart the BBQ capital, it offers a few upscale dinning options and several shops around its bustling square. Lastly, if you are into the outdoors, check out the San Marcus river, Lockhart state park, Bastrop state park, and the Colorado River. One of my favorite things is going to kayak or float the river!
