Welcome to our stunning country estate located in the picturesque area of Balnarring. This property boasts acres of farmland, with a tranquil dam on the property that is sure to provide a peaceful and relaxing experience.

As you step inside, you'll be immediately struck by the soaring cathedral ceilings that create an open and airy atmosphere. The spacious living area is well-appointed with comfortable furnishings, a TV, and large windows that offer distant beach views.

This property features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds, making it an ideal getaway for families or small groups. The master bedroom even has its own luxurious ensuite bathroom complete with a jetted bath, perfect for soaking away the stresses of daily life.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, with all the necessary appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, and oven. And for those who prefer to pack light, there is even a washing machine and dryer available.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

All linens and towels will be included however lost or damaged linen/towels may incur costs.

There is one bathroom advertised, however, there are two in the cottage. One of the showers has a crack in the base and can not be used.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions.
