Positive: The location is stunning, Budle Bay is such a special place, and you are right by the bay itself, and although you are next to a busyish road there is a safe footpath option for reaching the shore. We were so happy to have booked here, and not one of the more obvious resorts, which were quite hectic at half term... The tips from the host were excellent, from walks (which are *****) to local pizza companies, as was communication. In terms of the house itself, the kitchen is enormous and very well equipped, and the bedding was all lovely. A perfectly holiday with growing kids, teens and dog!

Negative: The teenagers might have liked Netflix or similar but we were happy enough without it!

Summary: Peaceful stay close to nature on the stunning Northumberland coast.
