Welcome to Avenca, the Scandi-inspired tiny house where the city meets the beach. This former workman's cottage has been fully renovated with all the comforts and has a perfect location for a great Lisbon getaway: 3 minutes walk to the shops, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 5 walk to the train station (10 minutes to Cascais, 20 minutes to Lisbon).
Since we live/work/study abroad, we are happy that you stay with us and take care of our new tiny beach and surf retreat when we are away.
