Positive: The apartment was very nice—beautiful, newly furnished, comfortable, well-equipped, and clean. It met our expectations, and overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Negative: However, we were disappointed with the additional charge for electricity. Although we were aware of the note on the booking site about this charge, it still felt unfair because when we arrived, the apartment was very cold and hadn’t been pre-heated. It took one or two days to warm it up to a comfortable temperature. Maintaining that warmth was challenging, likely due to poor insulation and window sealing, which led to significantly higher electricity usage. As a result, we ended up paying an extra €100 for 5 days. In addition to the high costs, the host made some inappropriate and unnecessary comments. For example, on our last day, he entered the apartment and asked why we had turned the heating up so much. When we explained that we were cold, he responded irritably, claiming it was 24°C (which wasn’t accurate, as there was a thermostat in the apartment), and then again irritably asked what we do in the summer if we’re cold at 24°C. This comment was completely unnecessary, especially since we were the ones paying for the electricity ...and since one, as a good host, should wish for his guests to be comfortable. There were other remarks as well, but I won’t go into detail. Lastly, the booking filter was misleading, as it indicated direct access to the ski slopes. However, in the fine print, it mentioned a 150-meter walk to the nearest slope.
