Holidays with a view of the Rhine Valley!

The approximately 80 square meter apartment was renovated in 2019 and furnished. It has a separate entrance door, large living room, large kitchen, 20 sqm bedroom with double bed (1.60 m) and pull-out bed (1.60 m). Furthermore, there is a small guest bathroom, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a 40 sqm terrace overlooking the Rhine Valley.

Kitchen:
The bright kitchen has a large solid wood table for up to 8 people. Stove, oven, music system, coffee machine and large fridge with freezer, and a dishwasher are available. A baby chair for the little ones is available.

Living room:
The large, bright living room with a view of the Rhine Valley has a cozy IKEA sofa set. A fireplace, satellite TV and access to the large, partially covered terrace are provided.

Terrace:
The flooring and was renewed in 2018. A mourning natural stone floor was laid on which runs wonderful barefoot. A part of the area is covered and closed to one side with glass, so that even in wind and rain the outdoor use with a beautiful view nothing stands in the way. A table with 6 chairs, a small, pull-out two-seater, and a small lounge area with a parasol are available.

Bedroom:
The bedroom is equipped with a 1.6 m wide, very comfortable double bed, as well as a 1.60 m extendable day bed, wardrobe, and 2 bedside tables. From the bedroom there is also access to the beautiful terrace. If necessary, a baby crib can be built.

The floor coverings were renewed except for bedroom and bathroom 2019 and replaced by a high-quality, barefoot-friendly vinyl floor. There is a washing machine and a dryer available. In summer the apartment is nice and cool. In the next few months is an extension, then another bedroom for 2-4 people is completed.

We are a family with 2 children (5 and 7) and live in the apartment above. We have two young kittens who like to come to the terrace and welcome our holiday guests.
