First floor has Bedroom with King Bed, full bath, half bath, Kitchen, Living , covered & screened porch , concrete floors . Fenced Backyard. First floor and full bathroom are all on the same elevation for easy accessibility for elderly guests. Outdoor patios front and back ( 1st Floor ) have one step down.
2nd floor has two Bedrooms with two Queen Beds in each of them; all bedrooms have attached full bathroom, walk in closets, smart TVs , dressers, wet bar , living room .Washer & Dryer are on the 2nd floor next to the wet bar . There are two air mattresses available on the 1st floor closet. A three panel room divider is in the 2nd floor mechanical room.
Third floor penthouse has a master bedroom with one King Bed, one Queen Bed, full bathroom with rain shower , walk in closet, Lounge , game room, half bath, two rooftop decks overlooking Nashville Mountains on the southwest and Nashville Downtown on the Northeast Deck ( 17 x 22 ) which has plenty of sitting arrangement for 12-14 with outdoor bar and an indoor wet bar.

Entrance to the property is through back ( rear) alley .
This is a very unique property with high ceiling ( 11-15 feet ) open space for high volume occupancy and has been built with a touch of class to provide privacy, luxury, ambiance, modern look , simple; still classy with not too busy but enough to have the comfort of a home and the luxury of a hotel. It is 5 minutes Uber ride away from downtown Nashville, Vanderbilt University , two blocks from Belmont University and 10 minute walk from Lipscomb University. Several Bars, restaurants and coffee shops within 10 minute walking distance.
There is also a dog park and several state parks within 3 mile radius of this property.
Guest access to property through rear alley. All children should be under supervision inside the property at all times.
At times hot water heater might needing resetting due to over capacity so alternate using all bathroom showers at the same times is recommended . Set thermostat as required temp 72 F and might need adjusting as per your needs .
