This stunning property is a historic structure and themes throughout with a modern flare inside! This 5 bedroom home only 8 miles from downtown Nashville, sits on an oversized gated private property. Walk through the grand entrance to this interior designed home. The main floor boasts a beautiful kitchen with island seating, living room, library, game room, dining room with doors to access the large outdoor patio. Step through the sliding doors to the outdoor sitting area with built in heaters and a great view of the pool, playscape, and outdoor kitchen and dining areas. Cool off in the large pool or relax in the hot tub, or do neither and sit by the fire pit! Your group will enjoy relaxing in this backyard oasis with a retractable patio roof. In the basement, you’ll find the workout room, media room, and a craft room. On the top level, you will find the bedrooms, an additional living room, and the office! This is truly a one of a kind property!
This property is regularly set for 12 guests, but, with homeowner approval, we can set up 2 additioanl luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. A large group fee may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.
