Positive: I loved sitting in the living room, watching the waves from less than a block away! The kitchen was stocked with all things needed in a kitchen. The queen bed was adequate. I loved that the property was a stones throw away from the quaint Avila Beach township, with some restaurants, shopping, and beach. I kept my car in the parking lot. I loved the cotton beach towel, given as a gift for staying! Nice touch and I used it at the beach. The booking process was easy and the management company was communicative with instructions in a timely fashion.

Negative: This is a downstairs unit and there is not too much insulation to dampen the noise from the people upstairs. I am not a fan of microfiber sheets which were on the bed otherwise the bed was very comfortable. There is construction going on across the road, while I was there, with the hammers and saws starting at 7am. A heads up on that might have been nice.

Summary: A well equipped place to enjoy Avila Beach!
