1. The docks are unavailable for use during the period from October 1st to May 1st.
2. Owner requires additional screening.
3. Pets: NO MORE THAN 1 DOG. Breeds and size must be approved by owner prior to booking.
No dogs on beds or furniture. Dogs will be considered at the discretion of the owner. Excluded breeds – Pitbulls, Danes, Shepherds and Rottweilers. The size and breed is required in writing for approval. Dogs must be leashed outside. If additional cleaning is required, an additional fee will be assessed against the security deposit. The NONREFUNDABLE pet fee is $75 per stay.
4. You'll love this beautiful rural area and location. Native wildlife and insects share this amazing world too. To keep out the wildlife, bugs and critters, please remember to close doors and windows that don't have screens on them. Don't leave food out or crumbs on the counters, tables, furniture or beds to help keep those unwanted pests out. The home and property is treated regularly, seeing dead bugs doesn't mean there is an infestation but that the treatment is working.

Great Getaway
Has everything you need for a terrific getaway. A beautiful and comfortable cabin, great location and a beautiful view of the lake. Also, great place to get snowed-in; across the road from a fine restaurant and a market literally stocked with everything you may need. Will definitely return.

Great Location
