Summary: Pros: - Didn't see ants/roaches - Didn't smell smoking odor or any other odor - Within15-20 minutes walk to falls, casinos, and Clifton Hill - Friendly owner Cons: - Room needs updating. - Took a long time to get hot water via sink and bathtub. Maybe installing 'recirculating pump' might help getting hot water faster
