Beautiful and well-appointed home just minutes from downtown Greenville. Brand new furnishings and a fully outfitted kitchen in a quiet, peaceful environment. Luxury sheets and bedding await you for a comfortable night's sleep and you'll find lots of handy amenities throughout to ensure a pleasant stay. This home is 1435 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, large dresser, and an ensuite bathroom. The second room has a queen bed, large dresser and step-in closet. The third room has a twin over full bunk bed system with an additional full size trundle bed underneath! All of the beds are equipped with USB chargers and white noise systems with soothing sounds that will lull you to sleep. There are spare iPhone and Android cables you can borrow if you left yours at home and there are several computer lap pads in the closets for browsing in bed. The bathrooms are loaded with amenities - shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion, plus hand soap, Q-tips, cotton rounds and room spray. There's a small living room area with a 50" Roku TV, some board games and puzzles, and a collection of books for your reading pleasure. There's also a dining room with a table that seats 6, but you can pull in the large padded bench from around the corner to seat 7 if necessary. The kitchen has pretty much anything you need to make a great meal, with an air fryer/convection/toaster oven, a Ninja Pro blender with smoothie containers for on-the-go breakfasts, and high-quality pots, pans and cutlery. There's a full spice rack, avocado oil and balsamic vinegar, and coffee and tea with sweeteners and half-n-half pods. There's a drawer with plastic baggies and foil, and an assortment of storage containers for leftovers. And there's a set of cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink. The main hallway has a laundry closet with a washer and dryer, laundry soap, dryer sheets, an iron/ironing board, and a cordless stick vacuum for quick spills. There's a nice patio deck overlooking the back yard with a dining set for 6 and a gas BBQ grill.
