Perfect for long stays - 1 year lease welcome. Thoughtfully designed & decorated suburban home to provide our guests ample space to spread out. A beautiful desertscape backyard adds serenity and is perfect for enjoying the majestic mountains and a breathtaking Arizona sunset. Perfect as a winter home, for family reunions, relocation, spring training, golf, & all else that the Sun Valley has to offer. Close to outdoors, shopping, & dining. Plan a day trip to Sedona, Flagstaff, or just stay and enjoy the calmness of the house.
The space
The house is fully furnished with everything you can possibly need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Truly a home away from home. Five bedrooms on second floor including a gorgeous master suite, and en-suite, a private guest suite with private full bath, and three more bedrooms with study/office tables if need be. There is a daybed downstairs for lounging or accommodating two guests, and a convertible futon for yet more sleeping space for one. Indoor ESPN table tennis for your entertainment, along with a television in the family room to bring everyone together.
Guest access
Our guests will have access to the whole house, backyard, garage, closets, kitchen, etc. Only restricted space is one storage closet on the main floor.

We have an open doors policy. That means we are always open to suggestions, special requests, if you need something that is not available in our property, just ask. We will do all that we can to provide any missing items promptly.
