'Casa Anduez' is a recently renovated three double bedroom (master bedroom with en-suite) 2.5 bathroom house with private garden and roof terrace, in a peaceful location right in the centre of Nerja. Everything is in walking distance nearby, including bars, restaurants, shops, the Balcon de Europa and Nerja's beaches.
The master bedroom has an en-suite showeroom/wc, plus there is a family bathroom for the other two bedrooms. Downstairs there is a further cloakroom/wc. All bedrooms have Panasonic air con units for a comfortable nights sleep during the hot summer months plus heating during the winter. Broadband internet/WiFi is included in the price along with Spanish and British TV.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer, plus microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and plenty of cupboard space.
The lounge has a comfortable sofa and armchairs with Spanish and British TV and fibre optic broadband internet (suitable for Zoom calls and teleworking). Patio doors open out onto the private back garden with sun loungers and table and chairs.

Local shops (including a bakers, butchers, fish mongers and general store) are all within 100m of the house, plus there is a large supermarket (Mercadona) less than 10 minutes walk away. Everything is open and lively year-round, making this an ideal winter as well as summer destination.
