Summary: Our recent experience at 2nd home bright & modern penthouse left much to be desired, as we encountered a few issues at the start of our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a strong smell of smoke that permeated the entire property. We were told that the source of the odor was due to smoking of the previous guests. When we arrived the cleaning process was still in full swing. This resulted in a akward situation. The most fustrating aspect, after a long trip, was that there were no towels for us. This was resolved after efforts of the housekeeper. The host was not responsive and questions were kept unanswered. Despite these setbacks the property itself was ok and its location was convenient.
