Outside: Paved courtyard with furniture, steps down to mooring. Parking: No parking at property. General: Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Wifi included.Electricity and gas included. No smoking. Pets: Maximum of 2 dogs £25 per pet. Accessibility: There are a number of steps in the property. There is restricted headroom in Bedroom 2 at the foot end of the beds.

Notes: The property is unsuitable for children under the age of 8 due to the water frontage. The mooring is suitable for a small boat no greater than 4m in length due to the proximity of other frape moorings. Please note the boat will sit on the foreshore at low tide so appropriate base imperative i.e. fibre glass or rib.The harbour master must be informed of the use of the frape.
