SLocted on a large plot and as the very last house before the beach with approx. 60 m to the beach and sea, you will find this well-appointed pool house. No letting to youth groups. From the plot you have views of the sea and the dunes. The house was built in 1987 and since then regularly maintained so that it now appears with light decor in modern Danish cottage style. The decor is quite optimal for such a large house, it features an elevated living room with fireplace and a little sea view, kitchen with direct access to the dining area, 4 bedrooms and a mezzanine and 2 fully equipped bathrooms. The pool area has both pool, whirlpool and sauna as well as an extra shower by the pool. From the mezzanine you have sea views and the mezzanine is so high that you can easily use it as living space.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
