You'll love to stay in this spacious air-conditioned two-bedroom apartment with large 30 m2 shaded patio in the small sea village Duce, right next to the town Omis.
It's located on the ground floor of a private house.
Beautiful sandy beach is just 3 min walking from the apartment.
Apartment is comfortable, with 30 m2 patio with table and chairs to enjoy hanging out, drinking and eating outdoors.
Everything sea village Duce has to offer is within just few minutes walking from the apartment – beautiful sandy beach, restaurants, caffe bars…
Living room has an air-condition unit, table and chairs.
Kitchen is equipped with four electric stoves, kettle and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare tasty meals.
Master bedroom has one comfortable double bed and second bedroom has also an double bed.
Bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.
We can provide you an iron and ironing board.
You will also get a parking spot in front of the house, Wi-Fi high-speed internet, clean linen and towels, all free of charge.
Baby cot can also be arranged free of charge, please ask in advance.

Price for one night stay is +30%
For two or more nights stay standard price applies.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke on the patio.
Pets are not allowed, sorry.
We expect normal house behavior - watch not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.
Except that - just enjoy your stay here!
Check in time is 2 pm (14:00), check out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.
**** Guest access:
You will have exclusive access to the apartment and its patio.
We also provide free parking spot in front of the house.
**** The Neighbourhood:
Duce is one of the most popular destinations on the Omis riviera because of its gorgeous pebble and sandy beaches, especially for families with children.
It's a little sea village right next to the town Omis, whose visitors have been returning to it year after year. Although rows of houses situated between Mosor mountain and the blue Adriatic don't promise much at first sight, Duce is actually a place that offers a great summer vacation for every family: a long sandy beach surrounded with evergreen tree scenery, crystal clear sea, domestic delicacies in local restaurants and a peaceful atmosphere, ''enriched'' only with cricket ciphering and sound of the sea by night.
People from Duce are also very proud of their long sandy beach, one of rare sandy oasis in the coastal area of South Dalmatia.
This four kilometers long beach, that owes its existence to Cetina river deposits, has a thick natural shade which makes it an ideal all day long playground for your youngest, even when the sun is strongest.
Not only tourists, but locals as well, regard this shallow sandy beach as their favorite summer spot where they enjoy playing picigin.
Join them and have fun in this famous game played with a small ball called ''balun''.
After beach fun, refresh and relax yourself in nearby restaurants and coffee bars where you can enjoy local delicacies.
