Bed configuration: 1 Queen size in the main bedroom 1 Queen size sofa-bed in the second bedroom/office. The $40/night extra will apply if 2 guests request the sofa bed to be set-up. *At the moment we have lovely guests in this apartment for an extended stay. We have other beautiful newly renovated apartments in the same building that have all the benefits of this apartment plus spectacular views across the whole of Double Bay and district. - \- OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: * Dedicated parking is available for this property. * Have you got a baby or an infant traveling with you? We’ve got you covered. Contact us, as we can also provide you with baby items (on availability and additional cost). We offer excellent package rates for two or more items. * An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site. *If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies. *After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking. * This property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.
